FURAL AT THE BAU 2017

The trade fair BAU 2017 took place from 16th – 21st January 2017. The highlights of the new FURAL stand are summarized in this report.

The EDGE – the smartest building in the world

According to the news agency Bloomberg, “The Edge” is the most sustainable and intelligent building in the world. The BREEAM score of 98,36% confirms this and it is at the same time the highest score ever reached for a building. The 28,000 m² installed strip grid tiles ensure excellent room acoustics and perfect room temperature.

Function and Design - in the Trockenbau Journal

Sophisticated design coupled with perfect function is the subject of the report in Trockenbau-Journal 3/11. In the Oeconomicum Düsseldorf, cooling floating ceilings impress; in Linz Castle Museum, it is the clip-in tiles with a particularly large free cross-section. Both projects are unique and fascinating in their own way.
