Secondary school Munich Moosach

STURM + VIERMETZ ARCHITEKTEN, 2020

The Munich Moosach secondary school is located on Leipziger Straße and had over 30 teachers and 414 students in the 2019/20 school year. The state school won the i.s.i. school award as the best middle school in Bavaria. Perfect room acoustics in the school's classrooms are ensured by acoustically effective wall claddings from Fural. These are finished in RAL 9010 and can also be used as magnetic walls - thus providing plenty of space for important teaching content and colorful decorative elements on the walls. The wall claddings are also used in the corridors. In existing buildings, acoustically effective wall claddings from Fural are ideal for retrofitting to improve room acoustics. They help to create a pleasant environment - both for students and teachers.

A high noise level during sports lessons is not uncommon. That is why Fural ceiling sails are also used at the Munich Moosach secondary school. These are secured against unintentional unhooking. They improve the room acoustics and thus make gym lessons more pleasant - which not only increases the fun factor for the students, but also the quality of the lessons.
