Corda Campus Hasselt

ELD/Belgien, 2018

With over 250 companies and 5,000 employees, the Corda Campus in Hasselt, Belgium, claims to be the largest business campus in Europe. The modern workplace is a particular visual eye-catcher with its eye-catching green pitched roofs and combination of concrete, glass and greenery. Fural is helping to create a modern workplace for the primarily young and innovative companies focusing on technology, high-tech, ICT and new media.

It was laid 14,000 square meters of bandraster ceiling. The special feature here is hidden from view: Both longitudinal and transverse bandraster are provided with punched holes with the help of which the elements could be mounted and fastened quickly and easily so that the tiles do not slip during installation. The strip grid ceiling is thus visually convincing with a perfectly aligned joint pattern. It is equipped with a cooling function and additional ventilation grids. The square luminaires were integrated into the ceiling with additional stiffening profiles.
