Vienna Airport - Trzesniewski Restaurant
Architekturbüro Hauer
In the heart of Vienna, "unaussprechlich guten Brötchen‘‘ (unspeakably good rolls) have been delighting the locals for more than 120 years, as the first establishment was founded by Franciszek Trzesniewski from Krakau. Another branch was recently opened in the renovated Terminal 2 of Vienna's Schwechat Airport. The popular rolls with classic and creative toppings are available there for travellers, waiting passengers and airport staff to take away or to enjoy on site in a cosy atmosphere..
The suspended baffle system in deep black colour gives the room perfect acoustics for relaxing before or after journey. Round light points between the baffles give the interior a pleasant character. The whole forms a common ceiling that pleases the eye and ensures the acoustic comfort of travelers.
